My First Book

The day I first had the book that opened up a gateway for me to obsess over book collecting. 

This book is Eleanor and Park written by this one sassy author in the name of Rainbow Rowell.

So this book was something that really touched me in my deepest parts. When I read this book, all my tears dried up and I haven't had a month's supply of tears then. It was a story about star-crossed lovers who were victims of unfortunate circumstances that hinder their love so much.

It was one of those books that made me want to have amnesia so that I could just read it again and get the same feeling again and have my face smeared with those emotional tears again and then have my tear supply experience a tear shortage again. 

So if you are an avid reader, and you love contemporary realistic young adult novels, this book is for you. Trust me, I'm a doctor. Lol jk. I am a bookworm. Though I act like a doctor because I give book recommendations and prescriptions.

    I tried manga before but it didn't work for me. It was still fun though! :) I recommend The Hunger Games trilogy. I know it's kinda cliche coz everybody reads it but, I swear, it's the best love/action series I've ever read.

Before I completely lose the memories I have of the past three years, I think it would be a great idea to do a recap and recall most of the things that happened during those points in my life. Independence Day

So this is it then. The night where I end my 16-year deed of clinging onto my parents, relying on their feet to stand for me. I'm leaving home. Going to an expedition I have no capability of knowing what to make of it. A journey I chose for myself, constructing the bridge connecting me to the successful adult that I soon will be.   During the past few weeks' span, I was counting down days. I'm starting my first Big Girl job next week

And I am anxious. No one ever tells you that your first day in your first full time job is also the exact same time your young adulthood ends and your proper adulthood begins. It starts very mildly, and then it snowballs into something really huge that it takes over your life and your being. But you will only see it as a mere milestone--as an ordinary day to celebrate your first day at work (Yay!) when, really, it is a very, very big shift in your life. In your existence. Starting a job for the first time, I haven't got enough experience to actually describe it. But I have a fair share of life events that is like this, inconspicuously life- and status-quo-changing.
